TSC500A Automatic Pork Skin Removal Machine, also called Pork Skinning Machine, is mainly used for skinning pork and other livestock, including shoulder meat, boneless breast chops and special meat pieces, which can automatically cut off the pork skin from the whole piece of meat in one piece. The principle of operation, by means of a fixed blade, is to pick the skin off the meat block with a knife. The machine is equipped with a meat press shaft, which can be adjusted automatically to the characteristics of the different parts of the meat. The machine has a safety guard system and is easy and convenient to operate.
